A Flipper, Rebuilt Digitally
A dental flipper — a removable flexible partial denture — replaces one to four missing teeth while your patient waits for a permanent restoration. It restores the smile line, supports chewing and speech during healing, and maintains space so adjacent teeth do not drift.
Conventional fabrication means impressions, stone models, manual wax-up, flasking, and injection molding. That is a multi-day process with skilled hand labor at every step, and fit varies with the technician.
We build it from your scan instead. The appliance is designed digitally and printed directly in biocompatible resin — no wax-up, no flask, no guesswork.

How do I submit a case?
Send your intraoral scan through EasyRx or the ASO Hawaii Doctor Portal. Not connected yet? Request an invitation and we will set you up.
Which scanners are supported?
Any major intraoral scanner works — iTero, 3Shape, Medit, Primescan, Shining3D, Dexis and more. Export an STL and send it with a bite registration.
Clear or pink?
The LuxCreo FPD flexible resin is available in Pink and Clear. Final shade options for the Hawaii launch are being confirmed — ask our team for current availability.
How long does it take?
